用人單位在看過個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的整體形象后,就會(huì)針對(duì)其中的過硬指標(biāo)來篩選,通常用人單位招聘的時(shí)候會(huì)對(duì)求職者的條件有所要求,比如說學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、技能、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、家庭住址、年齡等等。這些硬性的指標(biāo)如果不能滿足,會(huì)很難通過第一輪篩選。

描述表達(dá)是用人單位篩選個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比如說個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的可讀性、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的真實(shí)性、求職者的優(yōu)勢(shì)特長(zhǎng)等等,這些都是通過其表達(dá)能力來描述出來的。表達(dá)不好則對(duì)方很難接收到信息,那么自然難以通過篩選。
