　　A: I see. Thank you.

　　A:是的，常設(shè)仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)規(guī)定了仲裁手續(xù)，還備有仲裁人名簿。一旦制定了仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)，將來產(chǎn)生了糾紛就可以根據(jù)該仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)則委托仲裁了。
